I had a conversation today that felt like a martial arts beatdown. I gave them an out since they were so focused on getting grant money that they didn’t even consider actually doing things with their own hands.

I had to drill it into them that they should be collecting cash now, collect knowledge, collect skills to produce revenue.

Stop thinking that money is the problem, thinking is the solution.

Think about business 20%, act on the business 80%

There are two types of businesses:
